Cevad Abdurrahim Bey 4 Mart 1919’da kurulan Damat Ferid Pa?a Hükümeti’nin 8 1919 tarihli kararnamesi ile te?ekkül eden Dersaadet Divan-? Harb -i Örfi’sinin sivil yarg? mensuplar? aras?nda yer ald?. Önce sorgu hakimi sonra savc? olarak otuz be? gün görev yapt?. Sava? s?ras?nda ?ttihatç? kabinelerin cezaland?r?lmas? ve bir dönemle hesapla?mak ad?na i?gal zihniyeti ayn? enerjik çabay? gösteren hükümetin keyfi uygulamalar?na tan?kl?k etti. Bu uygulamalar kar??s?nda sessiz kalmayarak sayg?n duru? sergiledi. çal??ma ?stanbul’unda ?ttihatç?lar? yarg?lamak amac?yla ola?anüstü mahkemenin siyasi müdahalelerle koz öç alma arac? haline getirilmesine tepki koyan hukuk adam?n?n adalet kanun yolunda verdi?i mücadeleye ???k tutan öyküsüdür.
